...I am sure you hear from customers a lot when things go wrong... Well I want to tell you your customer service is GREAT even when things go wrong. Your pick up of return merchandise with Fed Ex went flawlessly and painlessly. I know it cost you more to do it this way but it is worth it for customer service.
